Returns and Refund Policy :   Should you find any item purchased from Absolute Office is faulty on arrival, we'll automatically process a refund or Credit Note as soon as we take receipt of the returned goods. We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Absolute Office. There is no restocking fee. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Products must be returned within 14 days from date of order.

Cancellation Policy : We endeavour to provide a Nationwide Next day delivery service to our customers. This means that after the 4.30 pm cut off time for next day delivery, all orders are moved to our  dispatch area. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please let us know before the 4.30 pm cut off time when all orders are dispatched for the day. This will allow us to ensure that your order is cancelled.

Delivery Policy : We deliver to all counties within the Republic Of Ireland mainland.  Area's outside this jurisdiction cannot be supplied. Our standard local delivery charge of € 4.90 ex vat will be applied for all deliveries within the Republic.  For heavy or bulky items such as Safe's or Large furniture, an additional delivery charge may apply, as two delivery people may be required.  If this situation arises, you will be contacted before the order is dispatched for your approval.
